Exchange & Return Policy

We offer you 100% satisfied guarantee on all your purchases within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items for an exchange or a refund less shipping charges.

Please provide us with the invoice number, item name, size and colour. In case of an exchange, please indicate which item you wish to exchange for. Please note that:

• Undergarments and socks are excluded.

• All garments must be unworn with the tags in place, in resellable condition.

• Clearance items are final sales, no returns or exchanges.

The client is responsible for shipping charges (and duty if outside Canada) of merchandise for a return or exchange. We will pay the shipping charges for sending you one product exchange. New shipping charges will apply for additional exchanges.
